Dark days for Eclipse Aviation

There are reports that Eclipse has told employees they will not be paid for the last two weeks, leading some to pack up and leave. Without a new infusion of capital, the maker of the Eclipse 500 very light jet may have difficulty continuing.

See AOPA Online, Eclipse reportedly fails to meet payroll.

I was wondering if the quality of the workforce has anything to do with Eclipse's problem. They showed the workers,on the local news in Albuquerque. Most of them were overweight, a lot of them were smokers and almost with out exception they looked like low class individuals.

This is something like asking the employees to "leave" indirectly. But this is what happening in most concerns due to the crisis. However, in the mere future they need more technicians & workers as the industry may boom up at any time.
