Who wrote the book on Singapore Airlines? Shashank?
No, it is not his book.
The book has three authors: Loizos Heracleous, Jochen Wirtz, and Nitin Pangarkar. I think Heracleous is Professor of Strategy at the Warwick Business School. Wirtz and Pangarkar are with a school in Singapore. I don't know them or the book myself.
